Is it true that eyes work like camera lenses, that they mirror and reflect everything that they actually see?
I remember a while back I read somewhere that camera lenses have this mirror thing in them that captures the image then flips it and reflects it. I also read that our eyes do the same thing. I was randomly staring out the window on my way home today and wondering if this was true, and if it was then would everything in the world be backwards if it didn't do that?
It is true and your mind auto-corrects for this just like it color compensates, adjusts 'aperture' for night and daylight and a miriad of other miraculous and complex corrections that even the best camera cannot hope to duplicate at the current technology.
